Low Carb Diet Diary : Week 1.5

Hello again.

This is just an insert on the way to Week 2.

Stepped on the scales this morning : 87.4 kg, so up 300g on last Friday. Most people would be unhappy at this point, but looking at the abuse of my low carb diet principles over the 3 day weekend (I'm weak when I'm cooking) I'm actually quite impressed that, on average, I only gained so little.

Anyhow, I've been back on the low carb diet train for a day or so now, so hopefully I'll dip below 87kg and sustain that into next week.
